2018 is The Year to Transform Your Health and Lifestyle
Have you been experiencing symptoms of aging? Are you feeling fatigued and bloated? Do you have brain fog or headaches? Have you gained weight or are you experiencing new aches and pains? If you feel listless and your relationships are dull and joyless then maybe it’s time to change. This year I’m committed to helping you revitalize your health so that you can follow your passions and enjoy a renewed energy, enthusiasm and lust for life. And it doesn’t have to be hard – my methodology will bring ease and delight to your process.
I believe in comprehensive and compassionate lifestyle change – one that will revolutionize every area of your life. Once you set the intention to create a healthier and happier future for yourself in 2018, I will be there for you every step along the way. I will not only guide, educate and empower you toward your transformation I will be your cheerleader. So, don’t put it off one more moment – let’s begin NOW.
*Suffering is optional. Why suffer any longer with any symptoms? You have the power to end this cycle of pain and enjoy a vibrant life and I’m going to help. I’m not blaming you for feeling sick or out of sorts. Instead I will give you the tools to turn your health and life around. You deserve better. You deserve to thrive.
*You don’t know what you don’t know. You may not even realize how run down you are. You may be in survival mode. You may only have a few nagging symptoms but you’re so used to them that you believe they are just part of life now. Perhaps your doctor is stumped by your symptoms and can’t diagnose you or, worse still, told you that you will have a particular disease pattern forever. It doesn’t have to be this way.
*Life is short. This past year I lost three family members and my mother was diagnosed with dementia. These losses have made me acutely aware of the preciousness of each breathe. We must take full advantage of every moment; there is no time to waste. Now is the time to transform your suffering into optimal health.
*Lasting impact and interconnection. I have a larger vision for you, me, and our world. When you become empowered to heal and experience a brilliant life you can have an enormous impact on your family, community, business and the world. We are all interconnected. How you heal and chose to live will positively influence those around you. I want to help you fulfill your health goals and life’s destiny.
In 2018, I will define what “lifestyle” really means. (And it’s more than you think!). I will explain what “health” really is. (Not what you’ve been taught.) As we go through the new year together each piece of the transformation puzzle will be revealed and you will learn how to put it all together so you can finally experience optimal health and a vibrant life.
Setting Intentions for the New Year and Beyond
Next, let’s set an intention for today, this week, month or new year. You choose. Most people use the word “wish, want, desire” when creating an intention but this just keeps you wishing, wanting, or desiring something you don’t already have. I’m going to teach you a very simple way to create a much clearer and powerful intention.
Set an intention about where you are going as if you are already there.
(This is one of my favorite parts of the Lifeline Technique.)
Put this one word into this statement “I am ___________.” Envision yourself as what you intend – happy, healthy, wealthy, and free and then fill in the blank.
Do not use words like “pain-free, debt-free”.
Note, if you are using the word “peaceful”, double check and ask yourself if you’re using this word because you are currently feeling stress or anxiety. In this case, imagine you are already at peace. Then ask, What/Who am I?
Fill in “I am __________.”Again, you don’t want to pick a word that sounds like you are pushing away what you are currently feeling and being. Rather imagine you are already whole, happy and healed. Then ask, What am I?The last step is to imagine that you are this word you used to fill in the “I am” statement.
Imagine it in every aspect of your life, day in and day out, you are ________. Imagine that you inspire others to also feel and be this way. Using your imagination, how does it cause you to feel emotionally, knowing this to be true? It should be a positive emotion. Your intention is “I am __________, feeling _________.”
